A Blog for the Iterested Female

I have made a discovery! Well, not really me, but I read about it in several places and have myself tried it and would recommend it to all ladies out there who are interested. And I hope I'm not the only one otherwise this would be pretty embarrassing.

I like to call this the "Coffee Grind Rub." You know how aggravating it is to lose weight but how even more aggravating it is to get rid of those unsightly dimples that tend to collect on our butt, hips and thighs? Well this is the most interesting, best smelling, cheapest, noninvasive remedy I have found for reducing the appearance of the aforementioned problem. Trust me if you google it you'll find all kinds of stuff. First you get in the shower and get wet. Then turn the water off, take a handful of warm, brewed coffee grounds and massage them into your dimpled areas in a circular motion. Then with the water still off let the grounds sit on your skin for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with soap and water (mainly to remove the slight stain the coffee can leave on your skin. Now I can't promise anything as I have only done it two days in a row so far but for something that smells so wonderful and actually feels kind of good I couldn't keep it to myself and I honestly think that after only two trials I can see a smoother appearance. I think the jist of what it does is the caffeine stimulates blood flow which increases the break down of fatty pockets just under the skin. Now this not a professional, knowledgeable opinion for any random wanderer who comes through here. This is merely a personal opinion/recommendation. This is not a cure (I don't think there really is one) but it does seem to be something that after 2 or 3 weeks you could resort to doing just once a week for a constant smooth appearance.
